About Me

Born on the East End of Long Island and surrounded by nature, I’ve been steeped in yoga from a young age through my family’s spiritual path. After retiring from competitive figure skating in college, I turned to yoga and meditation to support my well-being.

I’ve trained at Mandala Yoga in Amagansett and Maui Yoga Shala, completing over 500 hours of study in asana, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, sound healing, and trauma-informed yoga.

Sound has been a lifelong companion—from chanting to classical piano. I’ve studied sound healing through apprenticeship and certification with Fairhaven Healing Arts, and I’ve felt its power to guide us inward and support deep healing.

My practice blends alignment-based vinyasa, grounding breathwork, and sound practices to support inner connection and wellbeing.
